Hi,

I need to do test Boundary Scan test operation mode of SN74ACT8990 Test Bus Controller. Is it possible or not? . If it is possible means how to set the vectors for Bypass, Extest, Sample/Preload operations.

    Vinothkumar,

    I am not entirely certain of your question.

    However, I think you are asking if the device itself has boundary scan.   If that is correct, then the answer is no.  It is a controller, and it has no mechanism to test itself while operating.

    Unfortunately, we have very minimal expertise with the JTAG products.  The teams that released them are no longer available.

    There is an application note, and documentation for an EVM.  The EVM is not available.  This documentation is in the technical documentation tab in the product folder:
