Hello,

My customer has a question about LM567C.

[Q]

The highest center frequency characteristics is 100kHz(min) and 500kHz(typ) in D/S.

Is this instructing to use at 100kHz or less ?

Does that mean that there is a possibility that it can not be used at 500kHz depending on the variation ?

Hi Hiroshi,

Unfortunately we do not have additional data beyond what is available in the datasheet. The device was designed for an adjustable center frequency of up to 500kHz, it seems that 500kHz center frequency should be possible, but I do not have a way to confirm this.
