but I can't see ATEX certification between them, So I asked to confirm if you have any additional information about this certification

Hi Doaa,

I don't see where ATEX would be applicable for ICs. It is a European directive for products/equipment: “equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.”

I don't see where this is relevant or necessary.
