SN54AC14-SP: Radiation (SEE and SEU) Information

Hello, my name is Gabriel and I work for TEKEVER, Portugal.

What information can you provide on this part regarding radiation reports, namely for SEE and SEU? I heard there were some tests recently performed to this part and I could use that information to approve it in a project I'm working in.

    Gabriel,

    The space grade version of this device is one of the few logic devices that has TID improvements.   It has been characterized to 50Krad.

    However, I am not aware of any SEE characterization.  Possibly the data you heard about is from third party?

    We do not have SEE data for this device.

    Thank you for the information. I heard it from a third party involved in our project, I'm not sure if the information was regarding third party testing or not.
