Was this part tested with any pull-ups or pull-downs on the inputs? I'm trying to gauge ESD sensitivity of this part at the board level, and I've got a pull-up to VCC to help with ESD.

I cannot comment on the testing setup, and this was done probably about 25-30 yrs ago.

I can say that these devices are tested as per the standard JEDEC spec.

Hmm...do these parts have a maximum input rise/fall time limit? I don't see one published. I have the ability to increase the series resistance on the I/O pins, but I don't want to slow the rise/fall times in a way that might cause instability.

Josh,

The operating conditions on page 3 mentions the max input rise and fall times depending on the voltage level of operation.

please exceed beyond that range.
