Dear all:

If have good advices for the below issue, thank you!

115200 baud rate, 1.8V level UART-TXD signal, translator 3.3V level, low level is 1.8V instead of 0V in 3.3V side.

Is anything else connected to those signal lines? How long are the traces?
(The TXB requires strong external drivers and a load of less than 70 pF; see sections 8.3.2/8.3.3 of the datasheet.)

please share your scopeshots if possible.

115kbps is not high speed, but it seems that there is a external pullup resistor which is pulling the low voltage higher.
