TXS0108E: Query in IOH value

In TXS0108E Datasheet, IOH is mentioned as 20uA. But as per internal Pull Up 4k mentioned, it will source upto 100uA current. Will this device supports more than 20uA IOH current?

    More than 20uA IOH can be drawn but the datasheet limits may not apply to these.

    The device is capable of handling 620uA of IOL as per the datasheet. sinking greater than 620uA may be possible but the limits wont be guaranteed.
