My customer is looking for 3 state buffer with below requirement.

Please advise recommended or close to the request devices.

1, Vdd　>　6V

2, Output current > 　±　50mA

The only 3-state logic device that runs at more than 6 V is the CD4053B, but to get 50 mA, you have to gang all outputs together.
