    Hi Iwata,

    Both parts look exactly the same. The voltages, currents as well as the rise times look to be exactly the same. I see no concerns in replacing your current part to the CD74HC4017NSR.

    Only one thing I notice is that the packages FPEL and NSR are just slightly different in sizes. There seems to be only tenths of millimeters in difference. I assume this won't be a problem but I just wanted to let you know.
