Designed using 5V Vcc but part is rated 3.6V Vcc Max.  What are the long term affects?  Units are currently functioning.

    Hello Ken,

    I would not recommend doing this. The long term effects are not specified mostly because our parts aren't guaranteed to operate in such stressed conditions. There is no guarantee on how long they will function correctly.

    Why not use another part like the SN74LVC1G14?
