2N7001T: Input/Output Waveform

Hi,

Could you please share the screen capture for the input and output signal when 2N7001 works at 1MHz with 2N7001TEVM supplying 3.3V to VCCA and VCCB ?
Additionally, it would be helpful if you could also obtain an expanded waveform with focus on Tr and Tf.

Hi Kato,

The 2N7001T is capable of handling greater than 50Mhz data rate, so 1Mhz shouldn't be much concern.

Is there any specific issue which i could address?

I would like to obtain only overshoot and undersoot waveforms when changing from low to high and from high to low, so could you please share these waveforms with me ?

Kato-san,

The IBIS models gives the behavior of the device for purposes of simulation or performance of overshoot/undershoot.

The EVM is to demonstrate the functionality of the device and not ideal for timing or transient analysis.
