Hi,

My customer is considering voltage translator for 3.3V to 1.8V with direction control. I think both are applicable, but I want to know if there's any other difference like cost, power consumption or so on. I would also appreciate if you suggest other candidates. Just for reference, his application is enterprise projector.

Hi Itoh san,

I would recommend going with the latest SN74AXC1T45 for 1.8 <>3.3V translation.
It is optimized for the 1.8 <>3.3V operation.

Itoh,

The features of both the AVC and LVC are similiar but the operating voltages are different for AVC/ LVC.
