lower supply 0.7V and higher output drive 8mA

Hi TI Team,

Nexperia has introduced the AXP family with lower supply 0.7V, higher output drive 8mA, lower standby current. Do you have any recommendations for this specifications ??

Hi Gowtham,

TI has the AXC family with an even lower supply of .65 V, an even higher output driver of 12 mA, and a lower standby current. We have other families with even higher drive (LVC) and other families with lower standby current (AUP, HCS).

Hi Dylan,

Thanks for your response. AXC family covers only the translators. Can you please suggest the family for Gates/buffers with lower supply of 0.7V ?

Hi Gowtham,

AUP will be my suggestion for this again, it contains gates and buffers. It's lowest min supply is 0.8 V and its a low power family. However it isn't high drive.
