My customer uses our device to do the DV test under high temperature and high humidity circumstance. They found the 8 pin B1's output is abnormal in one test, but this fault can't be reproduced. Now they wants to find the reason, so they want to use simulation software to analyze. Then they need internal circuit information for this pin. Can we provide this information to them? If we can, could yo please send the internal circuit to me? If we can't , could you please tell me the general information?
