You could also consider using the SN74AXC4T245 which is P2P with the SN74AVC4T245.

No, for PWR package, there is only Max height information in d/s, no min data. Could you pls help double check? Tks!

Hi Vera,

Only the max is given as this is typically what is needed for maintaining proper clearance. Heat sinks aren't really something I expect to be needed with these types of devices, but if it's a full system heat sink then I can understand. I'd say there's typically a 10% tolerance on that value meaning the height could be 10% less than the max, but not greater.
