Hello,

My customer is using SN74AVC4T774 and wanted to know what is the power consumption of this IC when OE is held at 1.8V. The configuration is 1.8V to 3.3V transition, VCCA is 1.8V and VCCB is 3.3V.

This is specified in the datasheet as I_CCA/I_CCB, i.e., at most 8 µA each.

Do you have any more information on the application for which this device is being used? Interface, loading, drive strength required etc.

Would you consider using the newly released SN74AXC4T774 P2P with the AVC4T774?
