SN74LVC125A: SN74LVC125A connect two output pin in parallel through 100 ohm to drive MOSFET

Hello E2E,

In order to get high driving current, Customer connect two output pin of SN74LVC125A in parallel through 100 ohm to drive external MOSFET.

Any concern on the connection?

Vgs,th is 0.45V - 1.2V. Could this connection fully turn ON MOSFET?

It is allowed to connect outputs in parallel like this (even with a single, shared 50 Ω resistor); see [FAQ] Can I connect two outputs from a CMOS logic device together directly?

V_GS(th) tells you where the MOSFET is off. To find out where the MOSFET is guaranteed to be on, look for the voltage(s) for which R_DS(ON) is specified. For the EMF30N02J, 3.3 V is fine.
