15V / 3A Logic "OR" gate

Hello,

I have to control a relay through 15V/3A. This will be done with two different power rails coming from different sources and both should be able to switch the relay. The logical solution would be the use of an "OR Gate", thus the inquiry:

Do you have an IC which can handle 15V/3A, or should I just build the logic with a help of a few MOSFETs?
