my question is "GM1807FSF E4 SN74HC595N and 43ARROM SN74HC595 is different model?, what else is different? or my IC was dead?"
Yesterday , I While preparing for the competition used SN74HC595 IC. but circuit is didn't worked. after that I'm looked for a problem in my circuit and program. but I couldn't found that. So i make a test circuit on a breadborad.
first I'm input a test program, on their circuit board. if IC is working LED is on. first, i used GM1807FSF E4 SN74HC595N. this IC is didn't make LED's on. but second used 43ARROM SN74HC595. this IC make LED's on.
but first used IC is I bought recently. and another one is bought few years ago.
and I think 'that IC is make different input?'. So i make a another circuit, with a switch and Led on a breadboard, and I found a first used IC makes led working. it's used a pull up resister and connected output lines.
So, I wanna know why is this happening.
