Yes. For some of these interfaces, other devices might be better (see [FAQ] Are there voltage translation device recommendations for industry standard interfaces like GPIO, SPI, UART, I2C, MDIO, RGMII, I2S etc?), but if you want to route many signals through a single chip to save space, the TXS0108E-Q1 will also work.
