TXS0104E: Query on OE Pin of TXS0104EYZTR Level translator

Hi, we are using TXS0104EYZTR Level translator in our application. We have connected OE pin to VREFB (3.3V). But, as per datasheet, OE pin should connect to VREFA (1.8V). Will it create any issue if we connect OE pin to VREFB?
