Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TCA9406
Hello,
I saw below post which TXS0102 and TCA9406 are functionally identical but we have some questions.
1) Why is the web price different with the same functionality?
2) Internal block difference. TXS0102 10kohm pull-up resister is connected VCC directly. TCA9406 pull-up resister is connected VCC throuth FET.
Internal block is different but can we think TXS0102 and TCA9406 are functional identical?
3) Is there any electrical characteristic difference due to question 2)?
