Your request is for multiple unique devices.

In order to track each request it will be necessary to post an e2e for each device. This will redirect the request to appropriate support as various personal support each product type.

Also note, multiple of these packages are W packages, and they do not match the construction as indicated in your drawing. These are glass frit sealed with glass sandwiched between lid and base of package.

There is a cavity within the ceramic base, but it also has some additional height added with the glass and leadframe. This tolerance is included in the package outline drawings (at the end of each datasheet).

This post can be used for the first one you entered 5962-8973401VDA (SN54ACT04)

I will research the SN54ACT04 and post here.
