TXB0106-Q1: OE=Low VCCA=0V, VCCB=3.3V

Part Number: TXB0106-Q1

Hi team,

I am planning to use TXB0106-Q1 and concerns about the condition below.

OE=Low, VCCA=0V, VCCB=3.3V.

In my system, the condition above is the stadby state.

Could you advise is there is any concern using under this condition for long duration of time?

regards,

  • The datasheet says:

    • VCC Isolation Feature – If Either VCC Input Is at GND, All Outputs Are in the High-Impedance State
    • Ioff Supports Partial-Power-Down Mode Operation

    The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.

    So the device is designed to handle this situation. The leakage currents are specified as Ilkg(off), ICCA, and ICCB.
