I am looking for max. junction temperatures for 2 part numbers: SN74LVC2G17MDCKREP and 74LVC1G126DCKRG4. I assume they are they same as I found for SN74LVC1G14DCKRG4, but need confirmation. That value was 150°C max. junction temperature.
