I need the Spice model file of CD4007UB chip to know the intrinsic parasitic parameters value.

Please provide me if anyone have this file.

Hi,

I can make you a spice model, however it will not model the intrinsic parasitic parameters.

Is there a reason you are looking for the intrinsic parasitics? The values usually are very minimal and don't have too great of an impact.

I need parasitic elements (capacitance, resistance, etc.) values for the modeling purpose. I want to model the input-output behavior CD4007 UB chip. Are there any Spice files/models for TI CD4007UB available? I mean official.

I think Spice model/file have parasitic elements information. That's why I need this.

Thank you for the response.

Can you please let me know the size of Length and Width of PMOS/NMOS in CD4007 chip. I think the length is 10 um. What about width of PMOS/NMOS transistors.

Unfortunately that is TI confidential information. I cannot answer that question for you. You can however order the part, and perform lab tests as these will be more accurate than models anyways.
