SN74ABT16244A: Vol chart for different loads

Hi E2E,

Good day.

Our customer is looking for a chart which shows the Vol at different load test condition. Also, is the SN74ABT16244A be suitable for an application with Vol of <0.4V with 10-12mA load?

    Hi Carlo,

    We don't have a chart like that however the customer can interpolate that data based on the values given in the datasheet because the ROL of the part stays fairly constant.

    For example, datasheet says VOL = .55V for IOL = 48mA ( I am taking worst case). So ROL = VOL/IOL = 11.5 Ohms.

    So for a 12mA load, your VOL would be around (12mA * 11.5Ohms) = .14V

    Yes, the device will have a VOL of <.4V at that load.
