Would you help promote which device can meet below requirements?

1. 4 channel inputs positive-AND gate

2. automotive catalog

3. the power supply can support 1.8V and 3.3V

4. temperature range : -40~125 C

I found SN74HC21-Q1 but the minimum Vin is 2V.
