SN74LVC16T245-EP: How should be OE pin before VCCA and VCCB are stable?

Hello,

I am using a bidirectional Level translator SN74LVC16T245-EP in one of our project. I have confusion that How should be OE pin before VCCA and VCCB are fully ramped and stable?

Any special power supply recommendation is there for this Part.

Any performance degradation will be there if OE pin was grounded by default?

OE should be tied to VCCA through pullup to insure high impedance during power up.

If OE is grounded, then the driver will turn on during the power up. There is possibility of contention on the signal during power up.

If the output is always driving, or if it is known that the signal is undriven from other sources during power up, then there will not be any contention.
