Identification needed for TI 32C1xxx series DIPS (1971)

I came across a hand full of TI DIP devices the other day, all having 32C1xxx numbers.  The date codes are mostly 1971.  I thought they were PROMS until I started seeing different numbers, then thought they might have been logic, as there is a pile of TI DTL in the same lot of parts.  Then I found two Motorola parts with the same 32C1xxx markings.  must have been a common, if short lived design.  

What is the 32C1xxx series?

    Hello Dave,
    A search in TI archives yields no results for "32C1" devices.
    A search on the web does not provide any results either.

    A TI Prom from the 70's should have a window on the top for UV erasing.

    Devices this old, ~50 years, will not be in TI's digital archives.
