Akash simulated IBIS model available on ti.com but not getting proper eye opening as shown below. Hence requesting IBIS-AMI model.

Due to improper time domain data, customer did frequency domain simulation as below. Please help to comment if calculated IL/RL values are acceptable ?

We have an IBIS model on the website and if I don't know how to create IBIS models.

That being said, the critical information needed for the output is the output impedance and output power and the proper way to terminate this. The following document discusses the output buffer of the LMX2594 in depth. Hope this helpsHigh Frequency Open Collector Outputs.pdf

Thanks for your reply.

The output impedance and output power have been taken care in the design.

To identify the correct termination (it at all required) has to be verified from SI Analysis. To perform SI analysis, we require the correct model.

Because with the existing model (downloaded from TI website) is not having a decent eye opening.

So we request you to provide us a correct ibis model

Hi Akash,

Unfortunately, except for the IBIS model, we don't have other model suitable for high frequency SI analysis.

BTW, the IBIS model is not intended for RF simulation, it is not surprise to me that it does not work at high frequency.
