I am unclear on your question. Are you wanting to know whether those channels can only use I2C protocol?
The inputs on the device are CMOS inputs so it doesn't matter if they are used on the I2C protocol or not.
Some of the outputs however are open-drain. If you look at the electrical characteristics section of the datasheet page 11.
You will see the outputs that are labeled as open-drain. The only ones I see are the SIMIO.

sorry I mean. can we use txs02324 as a dual sim card multiplexer using only SDA, SCL and VDDIO pins on it? because in our system we have pin limitations
Hi,
That is again a difficult question for me to answer. You have to decide what functionalities of the TXS device are important to you.
This diagram shows where the pins are being used. The fewer pins you use, the less functionality you will get.
I believe you still need to use the SIM_RST, SIM_CLK and SIM_I/O pins.
