TXS0102: TXS0102 And TCA9406 ?

They are indeed the same device.

Differences are

• the marking painted on top of the chip,
• the X2SON packages being available only for the TXS0102,
• the price, and, most importantly,
• the name: the "TCA" prefix shows that it works with I²C without having to read the datasheet.
