There are some distortion in A port. The amplitude is unstable. The schematic and waveform are as follows. The signal frequency is 50 MHz. What may cause this issue? Your comments are appreciated.

Hi Dylan,
What is your input voltage to port B? It looks like supply is at 3.3V but the input is near 5V?
I also don't know about what these lines are driving. You might need pullup resistors on the B side of the port.
