Hi Team,

Please recommend a MUX solution or chip for 1.05V voltage level signal, similar to 74CB3Q3257, 74CB3Q3257 is adapt to the 3.3V signals,thanks.

All analog muxes can handle signals with a voltage lower than V_CC.

What is your supply voltage?

Hi Team,

My original design used 74CB3Q3257 as MUX, its VCC is 3.3V,does the control signal(OE/S) of it require 3.3V signal? and can its I/O channel translate the 1.05V signal? would you please clarify this question? thanks.

The control signals must have at least 2 V for the high level.

The I/O channels allow any voltage between 0 V and 5.5 V.

Hi,

How about using the TMUX1574. It has the same configuration as 74CB3Q3257 but has wide operating supply of 1.5 V to 5.5 V and can pass signals above supply up to VDD x 2, with a maximum input/output voltage of 5.5 V.
