Because datasheet mentioned that this part is "Qualified for Automotive Applications".

Is it qualified for AEC-Q100 or AEC-Q200?

    See [FAQ] This standard logic datasheet says "automotive qualified" but not AEC-Q100 qualified. What does it mean?
