We are using this part in our design. This IC has power supply of 3.3V and output load current is 2.4mA.What is the VOL value for this condition please provide or else provide graph of having output voltage w.r.t. output current

0.33 V; see [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?

0.33V value is a typical value? could you please provide values for temperature range -55degree to +85 degree temp.

0.33 V is the worst case over the –55°C to +125°C range.

For –40°C to +85°C, it is 0.44 V × 2.4 mA / 4 mA.
