TXB0108: tpd is beyond the specification in the datasheet

Hi,

I tested the TXB0108 and found that the tpd is more than 4ns. Please refer to the parameter as attachment. Could you please tell me that if all the chips are tested by factory?

These values are guaranteed for a load of exactly 15 pF (see section 7). What load is there in your circuit?

Hi Kevin,

As Clemens stated, this is data for a 15 pF load. It's likely that your load is greater than that causing longer Tpd time.
