Can you suggest which is the better level translator for SPI interface. Volatge translation from 1.8 to 3.3V.

TXS0104E is better or TXB0104.
That depends. If you have short traces and no pull-up/-down resistors, you can use the TXB. If the speed and the load capacitance are not too large, and the integrated pull-up resistors are OK, you can use the TXS.
In general, the best solution for SPI is a translator with proper buffers, i.e., the SN74AXC4T774.
