Can you help check if we has a logic gate solution (3.3V vdd) with below truth table:

It should has small package.

 

IN_a      IN_b      Out_a   Out_B

0            0            0            0

0            1            0            1

1            0            1            0

1            1            0            0

 

Please advise.
