CD40109B-Q1: Help to check level shifter solution for 18V~6.5V to 1.8V application

Hi Team,

My customer is asking if we have level shifter solution support 18V~6.5V to 1.8V GPIO application. Is CD40109B-Q1 the most proper solution to fit in? Also found another one P82B96 solution supporting I2C. Kindly help to check if these 2 are the most similar solution or we could have other to propose? Thanks

The P82B96 works only with slow open-drain signals (like I²C).

CD4000 is the only logic family supporting voltages higher than 5 V.
