SN74LVC1G123: about output pulse length

Hello,

I want to generate a pulse of about 1s with SN74LVC1G123.

(Outside the range of Figure 4 in the data sheet)
Can I use the following formula for calculating the pulse width?
tw = K × τ = K × R × C
     (K = 1)
