SN74HC14-Q1: Temp and design effect to the VT value of SN74HC14-Q1

Part Number: SN74HC14-Q1

Hi team,

Could you please kindly help to confirm how much would be VT value of SN74HC14-Q1 could be changed by different temperature(like when the working temp changed from 25℃ to 125℃, then how much would the VT(both VT+ and VT-) value changed)?

Would different design also have a effect to the VT value?

Thank you very much for your kindly support.

Best regards

Jessica

  • Hi Jessica,

    The datasheet specs show this.

  • Hi Dylan,

Thanks a lot for your kindly reply. I tried found the spec on datasheet, but i failed to found the temp vs VT, we can only get the VT under the condition of 25℃。Could you please kindly help me to finger it out where the datasheet shows these information? Thank you again for your kindly support.

    Best regards

    Jessica

  • Hi Jessica,

Our min and max specs cover the recommended operating temp range as it says in the datasheet. So the Min and max spec will cover the 125 C Vt and the 25 C typ should show you how much it can deviate. However our specs also account for process variations so its not all due to temp.
