we use CD74HC112 for 20HZ waveform based to 60HZ, and use the part to try.

but the output waveform is special and no duty cycle 50% output.

The CD74HC112 has no pin called "D".

Please show the schematic that you are actually using.

Hi Lanjie,

This can be done with the SN74HCS74-Q1. Its a dual channel D FF that will allow you to do this. Not only that, but this device has Schmitt-trigger inputs which will allow you to add an RC delay circuit to the CLR pin to perform a power on reset. This will allow you to default the FF to a certain state every time there is a power down.
