TXB0104: Schematic Review

Part Number: TXB0104

Dear Team,

Do you have further comments for the below schematic?

BR

Kevin

  • You cannot use the TXB for signal lines that have a pull-up resistor (which is probably the case at least for WAKE).

  • Hi Kevin,

I can't really see much of the design besides our part here so I cannot make too many comments. The use of the supplies and enable pin looks good. The device is always enabled, so make sure the device is not being used to communicate during power up. Confirm that there are no external pullups on the lines and that this is a push-pull signal or else care needs to be taken to make sure VOH and VOL requirements are met. The TXB devices do not have any drive strength so make sure to have the trace lengths be as small as possible.

All other information about this device is available in the following appnote:

    Thanks!
