SNJ54LVCH244AFK need thermal impedance value

The datasheet for part SNJ54LVCH24 only lists thermal impedance values for some of the packages. Is there a thermal impedance value for package SNJ54LVCH244AFK?

Unfortunately, this data does not exist right now. I will submit a thermal modelling request.

This process can take up to two weeks to complete.

I will reply back to this post with the results when complete.

Psi JT           : 43.4
Psi JB           : 48.3
Theta JC, bottom : 7.9
