Hello,

How can you tell if this part is gold wire bonded or copper wire bonded? is there a part marking that helps to state this?

    Hi,

    There is no part marking to help state this information. I see that the devices can be made with both copper or gold wires. Is there any specific reason you want to know which wires are being used? Both devices will still perform within the same datasheet parameters.

    Hi,

    I have learned there is already an ongoing discussion on this subject. Please use only one mode of communication as it reduces duplicity of the work that is done and only delays our responses. I am going to close this thread out and the customer can continue to talk to our quality engineers as they are supporting this issue.
