My customer needs to know the electrostatic parameter when using CD4093BM, which is not given in the datasheet. Could you help to provide the parameter value. Thank you.

    Hi Amy,

    Are you asking about ESD? CDM is 1kv and HBM is 2kV.

    Secondly, I will recommend you to move to our new SN74HCS00 device if you are not utilized the CD4k part for its 20V supply range. This is a newly released device that has much better specs for operation. Its ESD values are listed in the datasheet.
