This will work, if the traces are not too long and if there aren't any strong pull-up/-down resistors.
For unidirectional signals like these, are more robust solution would be to replace the TXB with unidirectional or direction-controlled translators, e.g., SN74LVC2T45-Q1 for uptranslation and SN74LVC1G17-Q1 for downtranslation. (For 5 V, there is no such translator that does both in a single device.)
Shouldn't there be some chip select signals?
