Description of SN74FB2040 says, when OEB is low, OEB is high, or VCC is less than 2.1 V, the B port is turned off.

But the function table says, when OEB is LOW, data is transferred from Port-B to AO port.

Hi Srikanth,

I believe the data is still fed back to AO internally. This can be seen in the functional block diagram. However, that data will not show up at the nB output since its disabled.
